ORDERING AND ACCEPTANCE PROCEDURE
The products offered on this web-site are subject to availability and may
be withdrawn at any time. We reserve the right to refuse to accept an
order request in whole or in part. Due to the 'live' nature of seeds and plants,
it may sometimes be necessary to offer you a substitute, if specific varieties
are not in stock on the required delivery day. We ensure every
effort is made to supply your chosen items.
We will process your order once you have completed an order form and we
have received your payment details.
We will send you e-mail confirmation of our acceptance of the order.
PRICE
The prices quoted in this web-site are in Australian dollars (AUS) and
are fully inclusive of GST.
PAYMENT
We accept Mastercard and Visa. Your credit card details are
encrypted before transmission. We also accept cheques or a bank deposit and will deliver goods once payment has been accepted.
DELIVERY
We can make deliveries anywhere in Australia, although there are quarantine restrictions on some products. Orders will be picked on Thursdays and delivered on Fridays. Any orders received after midday Wednesday will be picked the following week. This is to ensure freshness of products, particularly seed which is stored in controlled condtions. Public holidays may vary delivery times in the weeks in which they occur.
A delivery is interpreted as an attempted delivery by us. We do not accept
liability for delay in the event there is no-one to receive the delivery
at the delivery address. Our orders are delivered by a third party courier. You are responsible for correctly entering details of the delivery address.
GUARANTEE
At gardenshop we use only the finest quality of products. We take pride in our work and aim
to satisfy 100%. In the unlikely event you are not entirely satisfied with your order please
contact us at info@gardenshop.com.au
within 7 days of delivery. Our seed is guaranteed to germinate, but you do need to follow particular germination practices. If we germ test the same batch of seed and are able to germinate it, then we will not refund you for inadequate growing practices.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We do not accept liability for any indirect loss, loss of enjoyment, loss
of profit, loss of business, loss of goodwill or economic loss whatsoever.
CANCELLATION
We require at least two working days (Monday to Friday) notice of cancellation
prior to the delivery of your goods.
PRIVACY
We may from time to time contact you about other goods or services by
direct mail or by email (which we will clearly identify as a commercial
communication). If you would prefer not to be contacted in this way, please
contact us at the above address at any time.
GENERAL
All copyrights, trademarks and other intellectual property rights in the
design and content of this website are reserved to us. Any copying of
the design or contents or other unauthorised use will infringe our rights.
